1. How do I book an appointment?

2. What should I expect during my appointment?

At our Leeds clinic, a Trained phlebotomist will carry out your blood draw in a clean, professional medical environment.

For mobile phlebotomy appointments, he will visit your home or workplace, set up a sterile workspace, and complete the draw with minimal disruption. The process takes just a few minutes and is designed for your comfort and convenience.

3. How should I prepare for my blood test?

Some tests require fasting or extra hydration. You’ll receive instructions when booking or with your test kit. Staying hydrated can make the blood draw easier.

4. Will I experience any bruising or discomfort?

Mild bruising or tenderness is normal and usually resolves in a few days. Rare side effects like swelling or nerve irritation are uncommon and handled professionally by Godson. He will also advise you on proper aftercare.

5. What aftercare should I follow?
  • Keep your plaster/dressing on for at least 4 hours
  • Avoid heavy lifting with the arm used
  • Apply a cold compress if needed
  • Contact us or your GP if you experience unusual symptoms
6. What if I feel faint or unwell?

Godson is trained in handling needle phobia and fainting. Let him know immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell. After the draw, rest, drink water, and take it easy. Seek medical help if symptoms persist.

7. Is it safe?

Yes. Trained Phlebotomist follows NHS-standard procedures using:

You are responsible for sending your sample to the lab using the packaging provided in your test kit. Miracle Inside is not involved in testing or results. Contact your test provider directly for your results.

10. Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes—reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance via our website or phone. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee. See Our Terms for full details.

11. I have a needle phobia. Can you help?

Absolutely.  Our trained phlebotomists specialise in helping clients with needle anxiety. Whether in the clinic or at home, he’ll talk you through the process, use gentle techniques, and make you feel at ease.

12. Do you offer blood collection for children?

Currently, our service is for adults aged 18+, but we plan to offer child-friendly options soon. In the meantime, we can direct you to a suitable alternative provider.

Welcome to Miracle Mobile Phlebotomy & Blood Services, a division of Miracle Inside. These Terms and Conditions outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of clients using our mobile phlebotomy and diagnostic blood testing services. By booking and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.


2. Service Description

We provide professional mobile phlebotomy services to private clients and businesses, delivering safe and efficient blood collection at your chosen location. Samples are transported to our partner laboratories for analysis.


3. Appointment Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked online at miracle6cvt.setmore.com, by email, or via phone.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or SMS.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and medical information at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded within 7 working days.

5. Risk Assessment and Client Responsibilities

  • Risk assessments are conducted to minimise hazards associated with lone working.

Clients must:

  • Disclose relevant medical history (e.g., fainting, difficult veins).
  • Be available at the agreed time and location.
  • Provide a clean and safe space for the procedure.
  • Keep pets secured in a separate area.

6. Health and Safety

  • Our phlebotomists follow strict hygiene protocols and use appropriate PPE.
  • Clients must inform us in advance of any illness or recent infectious disease exposure.

7. Special Blood Tests

Some blood tests require special handling or immediate processing and may not be suitable for mobile collection. In these cases, clients may be directed to a hospital or clinic.

8. Client Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe environments or in cases of abusive behaviour.
  • Aggressive or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.

9. Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted using our Complaints Form, available upon request.
  • We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 28 working days.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled in line with GDPR and our internal governance policies.
  • Information is used solely to deliver our services and will not be shared unnecessarily.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for minor adverse events such as bruising, fainting, or hematomas.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party laboratories.

12. Pricing

  • Prices are clearly listed on our website and may vary depending on location and complexity of the test.
  • Prices include sample collection, handling, and standard lab delivery.

13. Consent

  • By booking an appointment, clients consent to the procedure and data sharing required for diagnostics.
  • Additional consent may be required for minors or vulnerable adults.

14. Lab Partner Disclaimer

  • Miracle Mobile Phlebotomy collects and delivers samples to UKAS-accredited laboratories for testing.
  • We cannot guarantee turnaround times due to potential third-party delays.
